We only process personal data if you provide it to us yourself — in particular via the contact form or when contacting us by email or phone.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process the details you enter in order to answer your enquiry:

• Name — so that we can address you personally.
• Email address — so that we can reply to you.
• Phone number (optional) — only if you would like us to call you back.
• Your request and message — so that we can assess and prepare your enquiry.

Mandatory fields are marked in the form; without them we cannot process your enquiry.

Sending the contact form

Enquiries sent via the contact form are processed directly on our own web space and delivered from there by email to our mailbox. No external form service is involved; your details are not transmitted to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Server and access data

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (such as IP address, date and time of access, page accessed). These data are required to deliver the website and to ensure its stable and secure operation.

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Germany). A data processing agreement is in place with the provider. Delivery takes place via servers located in Germany.

This website operates without tracking. No analytics, advertising or profiling services are used, and no cookies are set for marketing purposes.

Fonts: All fonts used are served locally from our own server (self-hosting). No connection is made to Google Fonts or other third-party providers; no data are transmitted to third parties.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We do not pass on your personal data to third parties for advertising or other commercial purposes, nor do we sell them. Data are only transmitted where this is necessary to fulfil legal obligations or where you have given your express consent.
